Order Processing
Most Royal Werks by Dina Marie apparel is prepared after an order is placed. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the United States is $8.99. Any additional shipping options and their prices will be displayed at checkout when available.
Estimated Delivery
After processing, standard shipping generally takes approximately 5–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to update.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly at support@helloroyalwerksbydinamarie.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can evaluate the issue.

We currently ship within the United States. Any expansion to additional destinations will be displayed at checkout.
